What you can do
Device42 — Discovery & CMDB REST API
- List discovered devices with hardware and OS detail
- Read IP address and subnet allocations
- Create or update a device record
Connection: basic authentication against https://device42.example.com. Credentials are encrypted at rest, or prompted per action if you prefer never to store them.
