Firewall integration
Automate WatchGuard Firewall with plain language
Query Firebox inventory, policies and blocked-site state through the WatchGuard Cloud API using an API key and account id.
What you can do
Firebox (WatchGuard Cloud API)
- List Fireboxes in the account
- Read policies and blocked sites
- Add or remove a blocked host
Connection: header authentication against https://api.usa.cloud.watchguard.com. Credentials are encrypted at rest, or prompted per action if you prefer never to store them.
Example
Ask in plain English
Prompt: “Block 198.51.100.5 on WatchGuard”
Result: VernacSecure SuperBot™ resolves the right policy and address object, applies the rule and records the change in Your Logs.
